The Georgetown Main Street Program invites you to be part of our annual Texas wine and food celebration on the Square where last year we enjoyed another sold-out crowd. “The Georgetown Swirl…Sip, Savor, Shop” will be a fun evening of downtown shopping by “swirling” ‘round the Square while enjoying savory bites from local restauratns paired with Texas’ top wines. Live jazz music on the steps of the Williamson County Courthouse steps will help set a fun and festive mood. All proceeds benefit the Georgetown Main Street Facade & Sign Grant Program which has awarded over $202,500 in grant funds back to downtown property and business owners.
The Georgetown Swirl uncorks at 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 3. Only 350 tickets will be sold for $25 each before January 1, when the cost goes to $30, keeping the event an intimate gathering. State Board of Education Member Dr. Marsha and Bryan Farney will serve as this year’s honorary event chairs. Please join them in supporting this event as a Georgetown Swirl partner!
Your financial support and generosity will make this event possible and provide funding for the Georgetown Main Street Program’s Façade & Sign Grant Program. Through this program, building and business owners may obtain grants for the improvement of downtown signage and facades, while keeping the building’s historical integrity. As a partner, your name will be associated with an event as original as Georgetown itself!
